THE Honley Male Voice Choir will be making an appearance in Lytham on June 14.

Royal National Lifeboat Institution presents Showtime, featuring one of the north's top male choirs.
The Honley Male Voice Choir will be singing songs from your favourite shows in aid of the RNLI "Train One, Save Many" appeal.
The show will start at 7.30pm and tickets are £9 and £8.
Honley Male Voice Choir is based in the village of Honley, which is on the outskirts of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The choir was formed in 1936 by two local enthusiast, whose objectives were to encourage excellence in male singing and to foster good fellowship amongst the members.
With a singing membership of about 70, their twin aims are still maintained within the choir, with a full concert programme each year and a very active social life.
The choir has a very wide repertoire, ranging from 16th Century madrigals to 20th Century music from the shows and including religious and secular pieces, classical and pop and not forgetting the old favourites such as: Morte Criste, Gwahoddiad and Babylon's Wave.
Increasingly, elements of music theatre are being introduced into their performances to keep the audiences happy and to attract new, younger members into the choir.
