AN annual dance show is to be held at Lowther Pavilion in Lytham on Saturday.

Fylde Coast YMCA presents Movies and Musicals at the seafront venue.
The show will feature some of the finest talent on the Fylde coast.
The budding stars will be aged from two years upwards, and the oldest will be 80.
The Performing Arts Academy runs classes at the St Annes YMCA and Lytham YMCA and offers a range of dance classes – from ballet to drama – for all aspiring actors and dancers.
The academy is enjoying huge
success. A total of 109 students took part in the International Dance Teachers Association examinations in ballet, tap, freestyle, modern and gymnastic dance in July last year.
The results were amazing, with 70 honours achieved – a mark of 85 and above.
Earlier productions of Rocking All Over The World were seen by almost 1,000 people at the Lowther Gardens and all shows were a sell-out.
More than 350 children performed 30 routines from top musicals and films.
They covered all aspects of the arts, ranging from ballet, freestyle, tap, jazz, gymnastics, and song.
Anybody interested in joining the YMCA Performing Arts Academy
can call in at either centre to obtain
details.
Alternatively, you can telephone St Annes YMCA on (01253) 724117, or Lytham YMCA on (01253) 739166.
There are shows at Lowther
Pavilion on Saturday at 2pm and 7pm. Tickets are £8 (adults) and £6
(concessions).
