Here is this week's list of coming events.
Thursday
The Clifton Academy of Dance, Drama and Music's "Spring Spectacular" is at Our Lady Star of the Sea Social Centre, St Albans Road, St Annes.

Friday
The Clifton Academy of Dance, Drama and Music's "Spring Spectacular" is at Our Lady Star of the Sea Social Centre, St Albans Road, St Annes.

Saturday
Celebrity mum Laura Taylor, 19, who starred in an NHS campaign to promote breastfeeding, will continue her new-found celebrity status with a public appearance at The Mall in Preston from 11am to 1pm to discuss her experiences and allay the concerns of young mums and mums-to-be. Visitors will also be invited to enter a free raffle.

Sunday
Kirkham and Wesham FC travel to Wembley for the final of the FA Vase, taking coachloads of supporters with them, in their bid to "do the treble".

Monday
Get It Loud in Libraries has booked a spring to summer programme at Lancaster Library that will feature some of the hottest tipped acts in the UK right now. Today sees new Virgin signings Royworld play the intimate venue.

Tuesday
Kirkham and Rural Fylde Probus Club will be discussing the Mercy ship experience of Frances King and Barbara Mavers at their meeting today. The group will be gathering at the Conservative Club on Ribby Road in Kirkham from 10am.
Wednesday
Play your cards right at a Lytham poker tournament.
The £20, no-limit, hold-em, freeze out poker tournament will take place at 8pm tonight at the Queen's Hotel, Central Beach, in Lytham. Prizes up for grabs include a 32in LCD television, an iPod and a case of poker chips.
All proceeds will go to the DCWC Nepal Children's Charity. For more details call (01253) 737316.
