A FESTIVE spectacular is taking place in Lytham.
A production of 'Walking in the Air' is arriving at Lowther Pavilion and is sure to bring some Christmas spirit for Fylde audiences.
The show is a mix of festive treats for the audiences.
There will be a mix of popular carols performed, such as Din
g Dong Merrily, Hark the Herald and O Little Town.
Several classical pieces will also be instore, such as Handel's Ave Maria, Joy to the World, Bach's Pastoral Symphony and there will also be seasonal music and the spoken word.
Modern pieces will also in line for audiences, with renditions of The Hippopotamus's Birthday by E.V. Rieu and The Computer's First Christmas Card by Edwin Morgan.
The show will also feature an Austrian section with Silent Night and Songs from the Sound of Music and the highlight of the show is expected to be a performance of The Snowman.
Walking in the Air is being produced by All-Electric Productions, which is one of the UK's leading independent production companies with a wealth of industry experience.
The company also directs new shows from grass root level and their in-house theatre show director develops artistes and productions so venues can be sure of outstanding performances.
Walking in the Air is being held at Lowther Pavilion on December 22. Tickets cost £12 and £10.
