TWO lanes of the M55 were closed after a car overturned at Kirkham.
The female driver of the red Vauxhall Agila had a lucky escape when her vehicle landed on its roof on the westbound carriageway.

The accident happened before junction three at Kirkham just after 9.35am on Saturday.

She managed to get out of the car before emergency crews arrived. She was shaken but uninjured.
