AM I correct in remembering that it was Kensington Developments who promised to build the M55 link road when they first applied for planning permission to build the Cypress Point development?
Having built several hundred more properties than the original proposal on this site, and no road, perhaps Mr.Hawe of Kensington Developments would be so kind as to explain why the people and councillors of Lytham and St Annes should believe his promise to build the road this time.
The relevant authorities considering this proposal would be wise to remember the following saying: "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me."
