“My mum died of cancer aged 50 so Cancer Research UK is the charity I support.”

The trio raised £165 for Cancer Research UK while also improving their health.

Lynne added: “I lost 54lb with Weight Watchers and have never felt better.

“During the lockdown period I decided I wasn’t going to waste the time we had so took up the couch to 5k and I am now running 10k three times a week. Julie and Helen are two of my

members from my 6pm Wednesday, Carleton Workshop. They also did the couch to 5k and have kept up the running.”
