In addition to selling new builds, Julie also has been involved in the sales of properties inside the Grade 2 listed Queen Mary Private School in St Annes which was converted into apartments by Barratt.

Julie said; “I’ve worked with so many properties across my career but this development (Queens Manor) really was a career highlight for me. Each property in the school was completely different and maintained the wonderful period features; it was a pleasure to briefly call this my workplace.”

Managing director at Barratt Manchester, Neil Goodwin, said “Julie has been an asset to the sales team throughout her career, reflected in her 100 per cent customer care score and the number of families she’s made happy by matching them with their dream homes.”

Julie said: “I’m proud to work for Barratt Manchester and to have called their sales offices my home from home for the last 20 years. Because the role and the people you meet differ from site to site, it’s impossible for me to get bored.”
