Lytham-based law firm Linder Myers has been added to Countrywide Conveyancing Services national panel of property lawyers.
Countrywide Conveyancing Services, the largest UK transactional conveyancing business by completions, has expanded its panel of property lawyers as the housing market shows positive signs of an upturn.
It said this followed on from confidence growing among homebuyers.
Linder Myers will be advising on all aspects of conveyancing. Commenting on the appointment Duncan Rawlinson, head of residential conveyancing at Linder Myers in Lytham said: “This is a very positive sign that the property market is slowly starting to recover.
“We are committed to delivering a first class service to our local clients so it is particularly satisfying to have this recognised by one of the leading conveyancing services in the UK.
“By appointing us to its panel Countrywide has demonstrated that it has been impressed with our ability and service and has great confidence in us looking after its clients. This appointment has created a number of jobs in our Lancashire office to add to our ever expanding team.”
Michelle Vernon, Head of Panel Management for Countrywide Conveyancing Services said: “It is very important that we build our panel network with some of the best in the industry and we are delighted to have Linder Myers working with us.”
Linder Myers, which merged with Senior Calveley & Hardy in Lancashire in October last year, is part of the Consulegis Group the international network of over 1,700 lawyers from 150 cities worldwide.
