Energy consultancy The Inenco Group is hosting two Recruitment Days at its new Fylde coast headquarters, as it launches a drive to recruit 100 new workers this year.
Would-be employees will be able to learn more about Inenco’s work as the UK’s largest energy consultant and how it helps businesses manage energy costs and reduce their carbon footprints.
The days will also include seeing the company’s new state-of-the-art offices in Lytham and the chance to meet existing members of staff.
The new vacancies are in the group’s fast-growing Inenco Direct sales business.
The Recruitment Days will be held on Thursday, July 3, between 5.30pm and 8pm and Saturday, July 5, between 10am and 3pm, at the firm’s new offices at Ribble House in Lytham. The company moved there this Easter, having outgrown its former HQ in St Annes. For more details and to book a place, please call 01253 785000 (select Option 2).
Inenco Group chief executive Michael Abbott said: “We are looking forward to meeting would-be employees and showing them our new, Ribble House site.
“These Recruitment Days are part of our plan to recruit an extra 100 people to our operations by the end of the year and we are expecting a great amount of interest.”
He added: “It is a fantastic chance to be part of an enthusiastic, committed team in a leading company in a growing sector. The opportunities for the right candidates are tremendous.”
The recruitment drive marks another stage in the continued growth of the group which was founded more than 40 years ago.
And it follows a management buyout last September, backed by Vitruvian Partners, and Intermediate Capital Group.
Michael Abbott explained: “The two days are also an opportunity for prospective employees to see our new headquarters. The move we made at Easter has reinforced our long-term commitment to the Fylde Coast.
“Our new offices offer a fantastic place to work and are a great base for our customers to visit us and positively support our exciting plans for the future.”
The landmark Ribble House site in Lytham has recently benefited from a £5m-plus refurbishment. It is currently home for the group’s existing 220 staff – with space for expansion.
Founded in 1968, Inenco specialises in strategic energy management, procurement and risk management.
The business serves more than 9,000 customers and manages more than £3.2bn of electricity and gas for customers, ranging from small businesses and public sector organisations to some of Britain’s biggest businesses, such as Marks and Spencer.
Ribble House is situated on Ballam Road in the heart of Lytham and is a large campus site, which was for many years the home of insurance giant Guardian Royal Exchange (GRE).
