A FEAST of culinary treats will be on the menu for the VIP audience at this summer’s Lytham Proms.

Proms organisers Cuffe and Taylor Management have announced a link-up with renowned restaurant Twelve, which will be providing food based on different themes throughout the three-night event in August.

At a VIP launch of the Proms’ hospitality attended by Fylde Mayor Coun Heather Speak, Cuffe and Taylor director Peter Taylor said: “Twelve are a great brand to work with and are known locally for their high quality food and service. Their reputation already excels itself and we are looking forward to working with them this year.

“Together we aim to give our VIP guests their best Lytham Proms experience yet!”

Twelve, based at Marsh Mill, Thornton opened 13 years ago, and boasts two AA rosettes. Four years ago it began outside catering.

Twelve director Caroline Upton said: “Twelve Event Management is delighted with the opportunity of working with Cuffe and Taylor at Lytham Proms Festival Weekend 2013.

“Lytham Proms has established itself over the last years as an excellent event for both Fylde coast people and those from further afield. With another amazing line up of acts, this year will no doubt prove to be a memorable event for all who attend.

“We very much look forward to working in Lytham and assisting in making this a fabulous occasion.”

In a special VIP package for the Proms festival, guests will be treated to a 1980s menu to complement music from the era’s top performers, including Jason Donovan and Tony Hadley, on the Friday evening, August 2.

A sumptuous meal will be served VIP guests the following evening when People’s Tenor Russell Watson will head a bill which will also feature Britain’s Got Talent finalists Jonathan and Charlotte, while on the Sunday, when Rita Ora is the headliner, guests will be treated to street food, including a hog roast and Mexican and piri-piri stalls.

Coun Speak said: “This is all very exciting and will be great for the economy of Lytham and St Annes.”

VIP guests at the fourth annual Proms Festival will also have access to an exclusive VIP bar area, private outdoor viewing gallery, dedicated toilet facility and reserved car parking. Full hospitality dining menus, along with latest ticket details, are at www.lythamproms.co.uk
