This well-kept secret of museum conservators cleans silver, silver-plate, copper, gold and stainless steel in a flash without the need for chemicals.

Simply clean the items in soapy water, rinse and dry to eliminate any old residue, place the Silverstar® Cleaning Plate in your sink, add salt and boiling water and immerse the items to be cleaned. Then simply rinse, dry and polish.

Minutely charged particles (electrons) are released from the special alloy (of 6 metals), separating the precious metals and the sulphur that causes tarnishing in a completely non-toxic procedure.
