The FA Vase winners travel to Harrison Park to take on their Vodkat first division opponents with a fully-fit squad.
Last Saturday's league opener against Maine Road was postponed as the pitch at Kellamergh Park was waterlogged.
After an away game at Nelson last night (Wednesday), AFC Fylde chairman Dai Davis can't wait for his FA Vase winners to return to cup action.
He said: "It's a step forward for the club and we are looking forward to being part of the FA Cup for the first time. I'm hoping we can make the new season as momentous as the previous one."

AFC Fylde players Matt Walwyn and Mike Clark opened the Andrew Sweeney Bookmakers on Station Road, Wesham, last weekend.
Fans who attended were give the chance to win a season ticket and Wembley DVDs.
Sweeney, who used to play for the club as Kirkham and Wesham FC, is delighted to renew his involvement.
"I used to play for Kirkham and Wesham in the 1970s with the likes of Dai Davies, now chairman of course," he said.
"Attending the Vase final at Wembley was probably the club's biggest day ever."
The FA Vase has been touring the area in recent weeks as a thank you to sponsors and advertisers who have renewed their links with AFC Fylde for the 2008-2009 season.
