KIRKHAM & Wesham FC boss Mick Fuller says his side's top priority this season is promotion to division one of the Vodkat League, writes Howard Jones.

Fuller, who guided his side to seven West Lancs League titles in the past eight seasons and has led them to next month's FA Vase Final at Wembley and to the Vodkat Division Two Trophy final on April 24, now finds his side on the verge of promotion
after three victories in the past week.
Fuller said: "It is fantastic to be taking part in two finals. However, the main priority is to secure promotion to the first division."
But Fuller is trying hard to put thoughts of Wembley on May 11 to the back of his mind and concentrate on league matters. He added: "It's easy to get carried away with all the media hype about the FA Vase, but we have a busy league campaign to sort out before we travel to Wembley."
The Warton-based side have pulled clear of the chasing pack in the second promotion place, and with three crucial away matches in six days coming up, starting at Stone Dominoes on Saturday, Fuller's league aspirations could be enhanced or severely dented in the next week.
They visit Ashton Town next Tuesday and Darwen on Thursday, and Fuller added: "It's certainly a busy time for us and our squad will be stretched to the limit, but I'm confident we can come through with maximum points."
Kirkham fans clamouring for news of Wembley tickets will be pleased to hear that the club are opening their own shop in Poulton Street on Saturday (9am).
And anyone wishing to purchase tickets for the FA Vase Final with Lowestoft Town, make travel arrangements or purchase new club merchandise can do so at the weekend.
However, club officials who visited London this week for a pre-Wembley travelled back north without their ticket allocation.
Secretary Bob Davey said: "We were told that they would have them here for Saturday."
Fans wishing to purchase FA Vase final tickets can ring the club hotline for information on 07515997879.
