Two more acts have been confirmed to appear alongside the headliners at the Fylde coast’s biggest music festival.

Boy band sensation Reconnected and teen pop idol Elyar Fox are the latest hot acts to confirm their appearance at Lytham Proms in August.

The pair will support Brit Award nominee and number one-selling artist Rita Ora, on the Sunday night of the Proms.

The event, from August 2 to 4, will open with ‘The 80s Strikes Back’, featuring headliners Tony Hadley, Jason Donovan and Marc Almond.

This will be followed by Saturday night’s ‘Last Night of the Proms’ concert, featuring Russell Watson and special guests Jonathan & Charlotte, runners up from Britain’s Got Talent, before the Sunday performance from Rita Ora.

Peter Taylor, of organisers Cuffe and Taylor said: “The line-up for this year’s event just keeps getting better and better. Our aim is to have something for everyone over the weekend and Reconnected and Elyar Fox will certainly appeal to pop fans in the audience. They are young, fresh, talented artists and are destined for big success in the pop world.”
