WELL, that's Christmas over and done with for another year.
After all the anticipation and preparation the actual day flies by and before you know it it’s all over.

So now it’s time to look to the future – New Year is approaching.

What will your resolutions be this year? And are you going to stick to them?

There must be things you mean to do but don’t seem to have the will power. Now is the time to set yourself a target and go for it.

What do you want to achieve in 2008? Make a list and try to cross everything off.

Why not make the coming year one of your best by doing all those things you never seem to get the time or energy to tackle?

You can do it.

And how about a spring clean? The New Year is a great time to resolve to do new things and change things but it’s also a good time to get yourself in order.

Make time to sort out all those things you never get round to – you’ll feel great and ready to tackle the year ahead.

Let The Express know how you get on.
