The 24-year-old, who works at the Fat Cat Club in Pleasant Street, was voted out in a shock eviction on Monday – narrowly missing out on a place in the show’s big finale.

Following his eviction Sam posted on Facebook: “I’M FREE FROM THE MAD HOUSE!

“I just want to say a massive thank you to every single person who’s supported and voted for me.

“I can’t begin to describe how much I appreciate it.

“Absolutely blown away with all the love and support.

“Hope I did you all proud! Love you all!”

The salon worker was back at the house just 24-hours later, among those watching on as Jason Burrill was crowned the show’s winner.

Since then the party has got going for Sam – who enjoyed the Big Brother cast party before attending a glittering bash in London hosted by Mark Hill Hair.

And the fun didn’t stop there.

Pal Charlotte Dawson – who described Sam as her ‘partner in crime’ – has been a proud supporter since he stepped into the house.

And the pair couldn’t wait to get back together - Charlotte tweeting “He’s never letting me go...” before their meet up.

They were pictured hugging outside a London bar, Sam posting the images to his social media accounts.

The barber is now enjoying a few days out of the limelight with his family and friends.

But he admits it’s strange being out of the house, where cameras are trained on the contestants 24 hours a day.

He said: “I’ll miss the whole experience. It was incredible, I’ll never forget it.

“I was ready to go home - it’s kind of bittersweet really.”

And with Celebrity Big Brother having already begun, Sam is having to get used to seeing televised life from the other side of the lens.

He posted on Twitter: “This is so weird... seeing them all in our house!”
