Awards success for property managers
Homestead (www.homesteadcsl.co.uk), which is based on Wood Street, St Annes, won the title of Major Works Project of the Year at The Property Management Awards in London.
Now in its fifth year, the awards ceremony recognises and celebrates excellence in the UK Property Management industry.

Both awards reflected Homestead’s work in managing the £2.5m project to rejuvenate 104 flats at Seven Rivers on Samuel Street, Fishwick in Preston.
For Homestead, managing director David Bentham, said: “Homestead has never traditionally entered awards.
“But perhaps, after the success we’ve enjoyed this year, we should have thought about it earlier.”

“Once again, the award is a wonderful endorsement of Homestead’s work. And we are extremely grateful for the positive working relationships we have enjoyed with Regain Energy and Preston City Council. They shared our determination and vision to complete this landmark project.”
Last month Homestead revealed a hat-trick of new 24-hour maintenance support deals.
The owners of Cherry Tree apartments on Gladstone Close in Blackburn; Canal Gardens in Bolton le Sands and The Dobson Street development in Anfield, Liverpool, have all chose Homestead Consultancy Services Ltd from St Annes as their Company Secretary and managing agents.
