Phones firm launches SME deal

It is billing it as a cost-effective service for the one to four person companies. It said the internet-based solution offers all the benefits of traditional solutions at a fraction of the price.

ITC Communication Services managing director Brian Tolley said that the use of cloud technology is a significant way forward in cutting costs for small businesses.

He said: ““From 30p per person per day we can offer scalable solutions that will both increase the business’s efficiency and ensure that customer’s will always be able to make contact.

“Any business with a phone line and broadband can use the system; office, shop, hotel, car or site-based you will always be in touch with customers and associates.

“We also supply a range of cost effective equipment suitable for companies requiring up to 16 telephones such as a recent installation at a local award winning 17th century coaching inn, and for larger customers such as The Pleasure Beach with the need for call centre capability and expansion for growth.

“In addition we can 
support customers in obtaining grants up to £10,000 for installing systems that will increase their productivity or enable them to employ new staff.”

ITC Communications has installed a VOiP telephones and internet system for Leicester City at the club’s King Power Stadium and training facilities.

ITC Communications has clients in Dublin and Belfast, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as throughout England and Wales.

It also supports systems in Austria, Germany, Spain and the USA.
