There’s bound to be a rush from discerning diners keen to sample dishes from the new head chef at the Grosvenor Casino’s prestigious Upper Deck restaurant, Jack Bradley.

His career has spanned the three AA Rosette Hipping Hall and the much-revered three Michelin Star restaurant, L’Enclume in the Lake District.

He topped all that by being awarded two AA Rosettes in his first head chef position, at The House, Temple Sowerby, where he was highly praised for his use of using the best local, seasonal produce prepared in a modern and exciting way.

Hugely regarded for combining the best traditions of British and Classical French styles, Jack achieved two semi-final positions at the National Chef of the Year Awards during his spell there.

More recently, he was nominated as Best Chef at the British Restaurant Awards.
