An engine and crew each from from Wesham, Lytham and St Annes were called out the blaze in Church Road, which is believed to have been started deliberately and was slammed as a ‘mindless act’ by a Lytham Fire spokesman on social media.

He termed it a “dangerous unsafe environment for firefighters to enter and extinguish”.
