Asda biscuits recalled in '˜contamination' scare

A major supermarket chain has removed from sale a selection of Annabel Karmel / Disney food products as a precautionary measure.

Asda - biscuits recalled

Lightbody Ventures Ltd, whose range of Mini Bakes and Mini Biscotti are on sale at Asda, have recalled a range of items due to “a potential contamination”

The products affected are:

A statement from the manufacturer read: “If you have purchased any of the above products from Asda, please bring it back to your nearest store where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your receipt.

They added: “No other Lightbody Ventures Ltd, Annabel Karmel branded or Disney branded products are affected. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
