Boy 'engulfed by flames' in Blackpool firebomb attack
Daniel Lyttle, 31, of no fixed address, is charged with arson at a convenience store on Dickson Road, Blackpool, with intent to endanger life.
Blackpool Magistrates’ Court heard Lyttle behaved in a racially aggravated threatening manner towards the shopkeeper during the incident at around 9.15pm on July 21.

Hide AdProsecutor, Andrew Robinson, said the case must be heard at crown court.
Defence lawyer, Robert Castle, did not ask for bail for Lyttle and said his client would not indicate pleas to the offences at that stage.
Lyttle was remanded in custody to appear at Preston Crown Court on August 22 by Blackpool magistrates.
