A carol concert in Lytham will raise funds for the town’s Club Day.

The event is at Lytham Methodist Church, Park Street on Wednesday, December 11 and concert co-ordinator Chris Kitchener said: “It cost nearly £17,000 to run Lytham Club Day in 2013, so every pound counts towards this figure.

“We have brought the concert back into Lytham after a successful run at AKS in recent years.”

The Lidun Singers will feature and there will be carols to sing along to, some to listen to along with readings, Christmas music and raffles.

The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets at £5 (£2.50 under 16s) include a mince pie and drink and are available from local churches or at the door on the night.
