The FredaFunk online shop features jumpsuits, sparkling tops, distressed denims and dresses, with promotional images showing Charlotte and her model pals strutting their stuff near Central Pier in Blackpool.

Like with everything she does, Charlotte’s late dad comedy hero Les Dawson, who died when she was just eight months old, was present at the brand’s glamourous launch party, at Manchester’s Menagerie restaurant, in the form of a lifesize carboard cut out.

Dressed in a plunging white minidress, Lytham lass Charlotte, who came to fame through her appearance on MTV’s Ex On The Beach and has since been seen on Celebs Go Dating and E4’s Five Star Hotel, was accompanied by her rugby player boyfriend Matt Sarsfield.

The 23-year-old, who attended Arnold and Queen Mary schools, has created FredaFunk with friend Kirsty Fieldhouse - ‘two good friends, looking to go on a crazy adventure’ - and the pair claim they’re ‘working hard to offer high end fashion, adding edge, class, funk and so much more to all the fabulous women’.
