Dr Jonathan Walsh, 47, who lives in Lytham, used a sophisticated hard drive cleaning programme to try and cover his tracks but was brought to justice after Devon and Cornwall Police enlisted the help of a forensic expert who was able to analyse Walsh’s home wifi router and prove he had been downloading and distributing indecent images and movies of children.

“They have sold the family home and moved a considerable distance away because of the fall out.”
