Man is wanted by police over thefts

A thief is accused of targeting small shops, asking for directions or trying to sell art, and holding a piece of paper.

The CCTV images released by officers were taken in The Crescent, St Annes, on Thursday, June 14.

A spokesman said the man is in his mid-20s, around 6ft1in, and had an eastern European accent.
