Fire crews at Blackpool house blaze for three hours
Firefighters spent three hours tackling a blaze in Blackpool last night after a fire in the back garden spread to the house.
Two crews from St Annes were called out to the incident, on Howe Avenue, South Shore, just after 8.30pm.
The fire was in the rear garden of the property and had spread to the property itself.
Firefighters extinguished the fire using two breathing apparatus a hose reel and a jet.
A ventilation unit was also is use to clear smoke from the property.
There were no casualties reported.
