Firefighters are battling a blaze at a hotel on Charnley Road, Central Blackpool this afternoon.
Three crews from Blackpool, Bispham and South Shore were called to the Alumhurst Hotel at around 12.30pm.
A spokesman for Lancashire fire services said that the blaze broke out in the ground floor dining room of the building.
He said: "Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are currently fighting a fire in Charnley Road. They have isolated the gas and electricity supplies.
"The fire is being treated as suspicious and an investigation will take place. It does not appear that anybody was evacuated from the building or that anyone had to be resuced."
Drivers in the area are being warned to expect disruption while emergency services attend.
