Fleetwood coastguard called to car 'well and truly stuck' at Wyre Estuary Country Park
A car came off the road and got stuck in a muddy ditch at Wyre Estuary Country Park in Stanah.
Fleetwood coastguard was called at 8.50am today to provide safety cover for the recovery of the vehicle.
A spokesman said: "(The car was) well and truly stuck at the bottom of the slipway and it took some effort from the recovery crew to safely extract the vehicle from its sticky resting place.
"Team cleaned down both vehicle and themselves, refueled and returned to station ready for the pager to sound again."
