It was held at the Clifton Arms Hotel, Lytham because of refurbishment work at the Hall.

The event’s main sponsor, Mercedes Benz of Blackpool, greeted guests with a fleet of luxury cars on the hotel forecourt and the room was decorated by the Wedding Company, Lytham, in 1920s style in black and ivory with pearls and ostrich feathers on the tables.

Raffle prizes were donated by local businesses, including a day at Cartmel Races supplied by Paul Rowley with chauffeur driven transport from Mercedes.
