As the Membership Officer of the ENabled Steering Group, he is now helping to grow the first UK disability network across BAE Systems.

He said: “Through ENabled, we help to give employees a focal point for support and guidance when encountering difficulties both in their work and personal life.

"We now have over 240 members after our first year and continue to grow. I’m delighted to be recognised for my work and nominated for an award, however my focus is to continue working and hopefully inspire more individuals.”
