Fylde Sinfonia is in concert at Fairhaven Methodist Church, Woodlands Road, on Saturday from 7.30pm.

Conducted by Peter Buckley, the Sinfonia programme will consist of two works by Mozart – Overture from Don Giovanni and horn concerto No 2 in Eb – along with Symphony No 6 (’Le matin’) by Haydn and Symphony No 6 by Schubert

Soloist is French horn specialist Ben Fourie, a 16-year-old student of Clitheroe Royal Grammar School who has played in the Lancashire Youth Symphony Orchestra and progressed through the National Children’s Orchestra to the National Youth Orchestra at the age of 13.
