Journey of exploration for operatic show
Lytham Amateur Operatic Society, under the name of Junction 4 Productions, are putting the finishing touches to their spring production of Whistle Down the Wind.
The play follows a journey through the 1950s and the deeply religious rural state of Louisiana. It’s a journey of exploration, coming of age and a stern reminder that not everything is necessarily as it first appears. Spokesperson Donna Irving said: “The cast are like family, we are proud to share this show with you.”
It runs between Wednesday, April 18 and Saturday, April 21 at Lowther Pavilion. Call (01243) 794221.
