TV presenter Louise Minchin is heading to Lytham for a literary lunch.
The BBC breakfast show host will be promoting her book Dare To Tri at the Gusto restaurant on Wednesday, June 13.
It’s organised by Lytham bookshop Plackitt and Booth, whose co-proprietor Alison Plackitt said: “Louise’s book is about her amazing journey from BBC breakfast sofa to becoming a GB Age-Group triathlete.”
Louise will follow the likes of Jeffrey Deaver – in town on Thursday, May 24 – and David Baldacci in coming to town for literary lunches.
Meanwhile, veteran cricket commentator Henry Blofeld will be at Plackitt and Booth in Clifton Street tomorrow from noon signing his book Over and Out. Details of all events from (01253) 796958.
