Should countries which have ploughed their funds into nuclear weapons still receive UK taxpayers' money in aid?Should countries which have ploughed their funds into nuclear weapons still receive UK taxpayers' money in aid?

If a potential recipient country has nuclear weapons then no UK taxpayers’ money should be handed out.

By far the largest recipient of UK aid is Pakistan - a country which has ploughed much of its apparently scant resources into the building the ultimate WMD. In 2016 the UK reportedly doled out over £400m to Pakistan - a nation that in 2011 reportedly spent over £2bn on nuclear weapons.

This is plain wrong. If they've got enough money for 'nukes' they've got enough to feed and educate their people.

Likewise nuclear states India and China, which receive admittedly smaller sums, should also have the funding tap turned off. Peace to all.
