Over Wyre to have a say on health

The CCG’s listening cafés operate on a drop-in basis where people can talk face-to-face about concerns or offer good ideas about health in the area.

The events are a chance for people to share their views on local health services with a member of the patient engagement team.

This month’s event will take place at Over Wyre Medical Centre on Wilkinson Way, Preesall, from 10am to 11am, on Wednesday.

Jennifer Aldridge, chief nursing officer at NHS Fylde and Wyre CCG, said: “In taking the time to talk to our residents we understand what is important to them and this helps us to develop high quality services.”

There will also be a chance to find out about joining its Influence membership scheme.
