Adventures at the double at Fairhaven Lake
The Lake’s new adventure play area, complementing the wider Fairhaven National Lottery Heritage Fund Redevelopment project, has been match funded with £30,000 from a successful Lancashire Environmental Fund application submitted by the Friends of Fairhaven Lake.
Its completion, which adds to the Pirates Cove play area for younger children, opened in 2016, is to be followed later this summer by the introduction of an 18-hole adventure golf course at the Lake.
