It will be run by Phil Burgess of Bulldog Auctions and he has organised the event with Kevin Long of Blackpool Community Fund-raising.

Phil said: “We have had amazing support for individuals and the business community everything from a meal at Mr Basrai’s to time given by tatooists and cleaners and of course food hampers and gifts fro businesses such as Curry’s PC World.

“The tennis club have let us have the hall free and it should be a great night.”

Kevin Long said: “We have 71 items thanks to the generosity of businesses in the area and some really unique items such as a signed photograph of Coronation Street’s Mary Taylor complete with one of the cardigans she wears in the show!”

Refreshments will be provided on the night and doors will be open from 5pm.
