The shop on St Albans Road will act as a donation centre in addition to that at Talbot Road, Blackpool and be the charity's third retail presence in St Annes
The opening comes just over two weeks since the unveiling of its new book and music store on Wood Street in the town supporting its dedicated children’s hospice, Brian House, on Monday, April 12, when all of its shops across the Fylde coast reopened after the pandemic restrictions were eased.

Trinity’s retail manager, Paul Guest, said: “This is an exciting time for retail at Trinity Hospice.
“We have seen exceptional levels of support since re-opening our donation centre in March so that we could prepare our shops for re-opening, in line with national Covid restrictions, on April 12.
“Our new Brian House book and music store has been warmly welcomed, with lots of people coming in to grab a bargain and learn more about the work we do for our area’s most fragile children and their families.

Trinity is calling for donations of all good-quality items, including furniture. The charity is also looking for retail volunteers, with roles in the shop and donation centres, as well as home-based uploading items to sell on its eBay store.
Details about donating or applying to become a volunteer are at www.trinityhospice.co.uk.
