The increasing success of Cuffe and Taylor has meant the Lytham lads have had to relocate to a larger site.

The award-winning pair have moved their offices to Bartle Court Business Centre at Bartle near Preston.

Cuffe and Taylor said: “We’re full to bursting in our office in Lytham St Annes, so we’re off to pastures new.

“It will be sad to say goodbye to the place where we started – but onwards and upwards.

“Our new offices will allow us to consolidate all our locations into one place with a new warehouse facility, office and meeting rooms.”

The move marks a ‘period of expansion’ for Cuffe and Taylor, which recently announced that The Voice mentor Tom Jones will headline Lytham Proms this year.

The company was advised on its relocation by commercial law firm Harrison Drury which also advised it over the forthcoming Rod Stewart show.

Simon England, associate solicitor with Harrison Drury’s property team, said: “The move to new premises comes at an exciting time for Cuffe and Taylor, which has seen burgeoning success in the five years since it was formed.

“The new location is indicative of Cuffe and Taylor’s continuing growth and its commitment to Lancashire.

“It will be a fantastic base from which the firm can further increase its national prominence in the entertainment sector.”

Peter Taylor added: “The move allows us to consolidate our offices and warehousing facilities into one place. After an extensive search we settled on the Bartle Business Centre development.

“This was a complex deal for us and Simon England and Harrison Drury provided an excellent service to ensure our deadline was achieved.”
