People living in Fylde and Wyre are being given the chance to have their say on plans which are set to revolutionise local healthcare.
NHS Fylde and Wyre Clinical Commissioning Group will be staging four public events under its ‘In Fylde and Wyre’ engagement scheme to talk about its ‘new models of care’.
Thornton GP and the CCG’s clinical chief officer, Dr Tony Naughton, said: “The overriding aim of our new models of care is to use our resources better so that patients have an improved experience of care.”
The events will take place from 10am-12pm on January 19, at Thornton Methodist Church, Victoria Road East, at the same times on January 26 at the YMCA Lofthouse Building, London Street, Fleetwood; and from 10am-12pm on January 28, Kirkham Community Centre, Mill Street. The fourth will be on February 4 from 2pm to 4pm at The Eco Pod, Park View Centre, Park View Road, Lytham.
