Freddie is a 12-year-old Siamese who went into the RSPCA centre via a local vets after his owner could no longer care for him.

The senior gentleman is very lovable and affectionate and enjoys all the fuss and attention he can get.

Hannah Kirrane, animal centre manager, said: “ Freddie adores people but does like his own space at times where he can go and relax in his igloo bed.

“Siamese cats are quite vocal and Freddie is no exception so an owner with previous cat experience and someone who is aware of the needs and characteristics of a Siamese cat is essential.”

Freddie is suitable to live with older children only and would possibly be okay to live with a cat or a calm dog.

Freddie is neutered, fully vaccinated, wormed, flead and microchipped.

His adoption fee is £40.

Ellie the Lurcher who was featured last week is still on the lookout for a new home.
