Solicitors grow as property prices improve

Blackhurst Budd has promoted Craig Aikman of the property team to director, incorporating business development as part of his role.

It follows two years of major restructuring for the Edwards Street firm which now has the largest property team on the Fylde Coast.

Craig, who joined Blackhurst Budd from Napthens in 2014, said: “I am delighted to have been appointed director of such a forward-thinking firm that has great client service and an unrivalled level of staff expertise at its core.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has reported prices are rising and that 43 per cent more surveyors are seeing a rise in demand for industrial space.
