Takeaway hygiene case starts
An Indian takeaway company and the man operating the premises where it is based have been charged with food hygiene offences.
Yasin Bari of Ashfield Road, Rochdale runs the Indian Palace on Lytham Road, South Shore.
Blackpool Magistrates adjourned the hearing until May 23.
It is alleged the premises were not kept clean.
It is also alleged the company and Bari failed to stop food contamination, did not have sufficient washing areas,and had unhygienic surfaces.
