As part of The Gazette's special series commemorating a decade since the historic Yates Wine Lodge building burnt down, we look at the £7.1 million hotel and restaurant replacing it.

The inferno is estimated to have cost £20 million, as well as robbing Blackpool of part of its heritage - and killing more than 100 animals.
