Blackpool Tower has topped a list of the nation’s most beloved Victorian landmarks.
The iconic structure has come first in a survey by coach company National Express to to mark the anniversary of the coronation of Queen Victoria, which took place on June 28, 1838.
A spokesman said: “The survey of 1,000 people pays tribute to the incredible architecture and engineering prowess of the Victorians, which has shaped towns and cities across the UK.”

SS Great Britain
Natural History Museum in Oxford
Bournemouth Pleasure Gardens
