Blackpool DJs raise £20,000 for the NHS with 26-hour online lockdown party
Music producers Lee Watson, 42, and Jason Barr, 46 - known collectively as Fubar and Jester - hosted the 26-hour fundraiser from 4pm on Easter Saturday, April 11, to 6pm on Easter Sunday, April 12.
The festival, streamed via the duo's Blackpool Festival social media pages, featured one hour DJ sets from a host of well known performers, including Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules, Dave Pearce and Sonique.

Lee, who is originally from Morecambe, said: "We have had so many messages from people in the UK and all over the world saying how good the Virtual Festival was.
"It made people smile which is what we set out to do.
"We wanted to make people have the best possible Easter Weekend in this current situation of lockdown.
"We thought if we can raise some money then that would be great but never imagined we would do £20,000, that is just unreal but certainly shows that we can all come together in these uncertain times.
"The power of music makes people happy.

"We even carried on for two hours more as no one wanted it to end so instead of doing 24 hours we did 26!
"Over the weekend we had a reach of over half a million people which is just incredible."
