Woman caught on film kicking dog
Police are investigating a video which allegedly shows a woman appearing to violently kick her dog as she walked them along Kibble Crescent in north Burnley on Wednesday, September 14th.
Local resident, Mark Robinson, caught the woman, who was walking two dogs, lashing out at one of the animals on numerous occasions before an onlooker reprimanded her.
