The 20-year-old, who becomes Pool’s eighth summer signing and second in as many days, has penned a one-year deal with the option for a further 12 months.
The Slovakian, who joined the Seasiders on trial for the start of pre-season, featured in the friendlies against Southport and Port Vale.

Hide AdThe keeper will now provide competition for Chris Maxwell and Jack Sims.
“I’m really excited to be here and looking forward to getting started,” Fojticek said.
“This is a club that is going in the right direction and there is a real feel good factor around the place.
“I’m looking forward to developing under (goalkeeping coach) Steve Banks and helping the club push on.”

Hide AdFojticek made the move to England in 2016 to join Manchester United’s academy, where he stayed until his release earlier this summer.
He enjoyed a loan spell with non-league outfit Stalybridge Celtic during his time at Old Trafford.
Head coach Neil Critchley said: “Alex will bring a good amount of competition to the goalkeeping position, which will be vital for the coming season.
“He has done well with us while on trial here and has a good hard working attitude. We’re pleased to have him on board.”
